Following your service request, communicated either by telephone or via our website, we will send you a confidential code to access our online management and booking interface. This will enable you to book and schedule the Anthyas facilitator as soon as you register.

Once the request has been registered online with all the information about the trip (date, flight, timetable, etc.), our planning manager will get in touch with you to refine and follow up the technical file: display, convocation, rooming-list, e-tickets, travel diary or last-minute changes, right up to the day of the trip.

During the operation, the planning manager stays in contact with the agency, the customer or the facilitator to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

After departure, a report will be sent to you by Anthyas facilitator.

The Anthyas interface allows to
